Change of current package from o2 L to o2 M 150Mb/s

Hi, I am currently using the internet landline o2 L package cabel for more than 24 months now and I would like to switch to o2 M instead without having to order entire new package and changes. Is it possible to just downgrade the current package to o2 M please?

My 24-month minimum term ended in August 2025, so I am now eligible to terminate the contract. I'm trying to figure out the correct way to proceed.

I attempted to do this through the website, but the process is confusing. It seems to be pushing me to place a completely new order, which would include a new phone number, line, or router.

I don't want to do that. I just need to switch (or terminate) my existing contract. How can I do this without being forced to set up a new service?
