I have a DSL appointment for 4th Jan 2021. I would like to change this date to 9th Jan 2021.
I do not find any link for doing this in My O2.
As I do not know german, calling the help line also is not practical.
Please let me know, how can I change the appointment date in My O2.

Changing the date of an appointment is one of the things we unfortiunately can not offer in our online portal right now. If a change has to be made I recommend to get in touch with our DSL custimer service, either by phone or using chjat or WhatsApp.
Since the appointment was for the fourth of January, how does it loo like now? Does the DSL conenction work as it should? Or did you arrange a new appointment with our customer service? :-)

The technician did not come on 4th. And I could not contact customer care, as I can not understand or speak German.
Can you please provide me the whatsapp number of customer care? Then I could message in German, using google translator.
