Cannot display bill

Hi i created account with my email on community page and after it i activated o2 my Home. I wanted to check my bills but i can’t. I also tried to login to Mein o2 but got error. Can someone migrate my account to allow me display bills?

To view your bills, you need to register with your My o2 number. Check your records for the number of your o2 My Home contract. You have to register this number so that you can view your bills. Only the email address is not sufficient for this, you have probably registered here in the community.
