Dear Service team,

I am customer of O2 Blue All-in S package from 11.11.2013. Actually I am a master student here in Germany and right now I will be finishing my course in the month of October and will be going back to my home country once for all and won't be coming back again. I would like to know what are the documents that I need to submit to Telefonica for the cancellation of the contract? Also how much do I need to pay for the cancellation?

Thanks a lot for your help!!

Regards

Hi Carina

Thanks for the help.  I was maintaining two contracts with 02 : O2 GO ( start date 22.03.2014) and O2 blue select (start date 26.07.2014). I have faxed the cancellation letter along with the details required to the following number 001805571766 on 16 December 2015. I received a letter on 29 December 2015 confirming the cancellation of O2 GO contract. However I have not received such a letter for my O2 blue select contract yet. Please let me know how can I confirm the cancellation of O2 blue select contract.

Thanks

Best wishes

Hello ps0532,

So, everything's ok.

Dear All

Apologies for hijacking this thread but i am totally at a loss with o2.

After cancelling my contract in July 2016 by registered post and a follow up call, I have recieved no confirmation from o2. My husband and I have called continuously since this past July and have been told (after waiting 45mins each time you call) that they have my cancellation letter and will be registering it on the system. Each time we called (well over 30 times) we are told to wait 2 weeks for the cancellation letter. Around 4 weeks ago, I recieved a letter from o2 extending an additional year! My contract should be cancelled in 2 days (8th October 2016). I have attended o2 stores that have re faxed my cancellation letter with proof of early service (einschreiben) and still nothing! Now yesterday, my husband called again to complain that our contract has been extended illegally and the phone was put down on him.  It appears that calling o2 is a waste of time, writing in is also a waste of time. This is my last attempt to conact o2. If monies are taken from my account after the 8th, I will be forced to now instruct legal counsel and I think its my duty that people are aware of what is happening to o2 customers by informing the newspapers and the Ombudsman.

Hi Jessica,

Could you help me with my process? I made a post but no answer yet:

Hi,

I have two o2 mobile contracts and a dsl contract everything is flexible and I need to know how can I cancel, how long it takes and if I cancel today how long the services will last and if december will be the last bill. thank you very much

Hi loryk,

your both cellphone contracts are finished at the 01th January 2017. Please note, that you must cancel the contracts 30 days before the ending date. For a flexible dsl contract it is the same.

The correct address for the cancelation letter will you find here: o2 Handyvertrag kündigen: Tipps zur Kündigung ansehen  It's the word "Kündigungsadressen". The left address ist for your cellphone contract and the right one for dsl.

Regards,

Marc
