Hi there,

I cancelled my DSL contract and received notification that it was ended on the 28.07.22.

The final bill was received last month and taken via Direct Debit on the 31.08.22

However I have just received a bill for 23,57€ and I’m unable to view what this is for and I don’t believe that I should be receiving any further bills?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You should still be able to access your mein o2 and check the actual bill there.

Have you returned the router with the end of the contract? Else I’d venture a guess that you have been billed for the hardware. If this is the case, you can still return it and be reimbursed, the necessary documents to return the router can be found online here.
