Cancel DSL Order

Hi
I have ordered DSL Internet but the order activation date is too late. I would like to cancel my order xx.

How can i cancel my order online?

Hello @Dilip,
the activation will always take place as soon as possible. Unfortunately this may sometimes take some days.
If you ordered the contract online or via phone you should have recieved a "Widerrufsbelehrung". You will find further information on how to cancel an order within 14 days after recieving this notice in this document.

Dear Lars,

I have called on Aug-30 to cancel the order immediately. I was told that the cancellation of the order is received. But on Sep-1 i received the email with activation details.

I sent an email today to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to cancel my order.

Can you please confirm and let me know if my order is cancelled.

Hello @Dilip,
acording to all the information I see in your customer data your wish to cancel this contract prior to activation reached us in time. I escalated this issue to the right departement so that this will be solved soon.
There are several parts in an activation proccess of a landline connection that may take some days so it is still possible that you will recieve further information about this.

i changed my mind about cancellation and would actually like to keep O2 activation date on Sep-18 and continue with 2 year contract.

Is it possible to revert my cancellation request?

Hello @Dilip,
unfortunately there is no way to reactivate your order. If you still want a DSL contract is is necessary to order a new one. If you already recieved a router from us you can send it back free of charge by using our DSL logistics portal.

hello everyone!
The same situation.
I want to cancel Home Flex order. Before activation (planned on 27.10). 

Please tell me how to fill in Vertragsnummer and Kundennummer in Widerrufsbelehrung document.

I don't think they have been assigned yet? Or can you just not specify them, but refer to the order number? It seems to be the only ID in Mein 02.
