Hello O2 team,

I have ordered Home L and received a link to check the status. www.o2online.de/auftragsstatus/. When I open the link, it shows: Leider steht Ihnen dieser Service zurzeit aus technischen Gründen nicht zur Verfügung. Bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut. Wir danken für Ihr Verständnis.

I’ve checked on MyO2 app (I have mobile contract and ordered Home L via the app), the status of the Home L order is ‘Abgeschlossen’ but I haven’t received the activation email or letter. I also can’t see the Home L status neither in the app or in my web account.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

I’ve just checked and you should as soon as possible contact the o2 hotline and get in touch with the “Aktivierungsabteilung” concerning your DSL order. If you don’t feel save talking about this in german, then maybe get someone that can help you translate.
