Can DSL modems with supervectoring (300 Mbps) connect to the O2 DSL infrastructure?

Hello,

I have a 50mb DSL package in my home. I would like to replace my old modem. I ordered a Keenetic Hopper DSL with supervectoring support (300 Mbps). However, the DSL connection never comes up, the modem cannot see the DSL line? I know that O2 only offers 250mb max. What could be the problem?

The question is about O2 support.

The customer is responsible for commissioning their own router. The fact that the other routers work shows that the DSL line itself is okay. If you need support, please contact the manufacturer of your router. Your device is not known to o2 Support.

I know the modem supports it. However, it cannot connect a DSL line. During the first installation of the modem, it never sees the DSL line. My current old modem is Asus DSL-AC55U and I tried TP-Link Vx231v. While these make and models can connect to the O2 DSL line, the Keenetic Hopper DSL could not. The question is about O2 support. What do you actually mean by sync, I cannot even install the modem because of the lack of DSL connectivity.
