Cable internet - WLAN connected without internet

Hi all,

The cable internet was not working now. I have been with cable internet for more than 22 months. I have followed the process by removing the power cord and switching on the router 6660. The power and the Wlan light stays on but there is no internet. I called the o2 holiness and they said they would arrange a technician, but no one turned up. Could anyone here help? Thanks in advance.

Hello ​@Poornimak,

that is not so nice that your cable internet connection is disrupted.

If the check by the colleagues from our hotline results in the solution that a technician has to come to your place to check and repair, it will be an appontment made via the pre-provider, from whom we rent the last meters of the cable and who is responsible for repairs.

This can be a reasons it might need some time.

Hi, called again. They asked me to wait till tomorrow morning for an update/feedback. What would be the issue?

Hi all,

 

I called the holine today morning. The issue isn't resolved yet. No internet. The ticket which was raised yesterday is not updated as well. It's disappointing that the excellent o2 service team doesn't even confirm when it would be resolved. They just say that the I would get a feedback from someone today. But the ticket xxxxx lies with them  without any action.

Could someone help?
