Hello! I've signed a  contract for the internet a few days ago and had access to check the status of it in my account. 

 

Today I've tried to login to my account (email is the same that I joined here in a community) and I see an error that I don't have an account via email.

 

Also, I know that I attached this email a month ago when I signed for a prepaid mobile number, and As I saw a few days ago:

 

  1. I have an account that linked to my prepaid mobile number, and email confirmed there
  2. When I entered via email, I had access to another account, where it was a contract for my home internet
  3. Now when I 'm entering via email — there is an error that account is not created

The access you used for your fixed network was an advance access. Problems can occur here and it can then no longer be used. You will receive all relevant information from us by email. If your landline has been activated, you can register for My o2 with your phone number and then always log in with your phone number.

But how can I check my order status for internet connection? I have an order number, but I don’t have an access to my login to check it


Hello @vadimchernikov,

you will be informed regularly via email and/or text message about the progress of your order. The preliminary login is not necessary and probably not working at the moment.

If you want to postpone your activation date, you can also contact our English hotline.
