Cable Express Activation Request: Rented O2 FRITZ!Box 6670 Already Connected

Hello,
My official activation date for my new O2 Cable internet contract is scheduled for October 1st. However, my rented router provided by O2 has already arrived, I have plugged it in, and it is fully synchronized.
Every time I connect, I am automatically redirected to the O2 activation landing page (kabelmodemaktivieren.vodafone.de) asking me to call customer service. The regular telephone hotline was unfortunately unable to process this for me, I already called the number few times and they just redirected me to another number which unfortunately couldnt process also my request.
Since this is an official O2 rented router, could a moderator please reach out to me via private message so I can provide my customer details and request a manual Express Activation ahead of October 1st?

Hello Bumer,

Thank you for your reply! I am registered as an interested party because my new cable contract hasn't officially started yet (it is scheduled for October 1st).

Because my contract is brand new, I cannot link it to my forum profile yet. Could an official O2 moderator (O2_Moderator) please send me a private message? I have my full name, address, and date of birth ready so they can manually verify my identity and look up my pending order.

It cannot be done the way you described. Verification is handled exclusively via an active contract linked to your account here. Please call again or wait until the activation date.
