Cable contract issue

Hi,

 

I first took out a Cable contract with a switch from vodafone which was not successful. Then I cancelled it and again took out a completely new contract.

 

The contract should start on 15.09.2025. I received a mail with contract details, and my landline number. 

 

 

 

But, I'm unable to login to my o2 and can give my Fritzbox MAC-Adress (i already have a Fritzbox). I called the English hotline, but they said the contract should be activated on time and I should call the activation hotline (who speaks only German). So, that was a dead end. 

 

 

 

I now don't have any Internet and no way to know what happened with my contract.

Do you have anyone in your circle who speaks German and could call the activation hotline with you
