Billing Issue - Incorrect amount billed.


Hello, This connection has been constant problem. I have been billed 32.98 for this month when I was told I would be billied 22.98 for the first year also I was promised that Anschlusspreis and Einmaliger Anschhulsspreis DSL would be redunded and the bill amount would be deducted from the same. Why is the customer service so bad and I am being lied to all the time. Please refund the promised money and correct the billing amount.

Hello, 

I have been registered for a special promotion for a year and it has started last December, 2019. The promotion includes Mobile+DSL for 35 € per month at least for a year! I have had the bills for about 38 € per month since last December. But this month, April 2020, I have bill 48,24€ without any discount!

I received a message from O2 that they plan to cancel my discount after April, 2020. I went to O2 shop in Mainz (o2 shop, Lotharstrasse, Mainz) and they said that it is solved okay after they called o2 community. But nothing has changed.

I want to ask you the difference. Why I do not have the discounts / credits as a € -12,60551 for my mobile at all?
