billing after termination

Hello, my contract has been terminated sucrose and got the confirmation email from o2 last month. Also, there is no active contract in my o2 app. Today, suddenly I received a new invoice with new payments and bills. I don’t know what is happening. I am about to leave Germany. Everything is closed with o2 then why they are making me pay them extra money. I tried so much to terminate the contract then after trying many time it finally terminated. Please tell me how to solve the issue as soon as possible

​@Rezoana As we can make a bill after the month for which the bill is is finished, the final bill is usually the month after the last month when a contract is terminated.

    Hello, my O2 contract has been ended last month and O also have received the termination letter from O2. And, i don’t have any payment due. But, all of a sudden sudden I have received a new invoice today and it will again deduct money from my account. Why this is happening? Please help me, I can’t pay anything extra now

    I have moved your posts together, please try to refrain from posting double or triple times about one topic 🙂

    Yes, when you have a contract which terminated last months then you will receive the final bill afterwards, so you will receive it this month.

    Is your bank account from which we were debiting still active or no longer?

    Yes

    So is this the last invoice or I will get it continuously? And why is this afterwards final bill? I have already paid all my monthly bills.
