Hi,

today my DSL connection was interrupted. Message at my DSL modem says my user/password are incorrect, i.e. my account invalid. DSL connection is OK, but I have no Internet. How can that happen?!

My profile says I’m not having even a contract. That’s ridiculous, very bad service!

Now the connection is restored without my action. PLZ 49186.
