Hi, I had my O2 activation date yesterday, 5th August 2021. They alloted a time slot of 12:00 to 4:00 PM. The technician did not arrive till 6 PM and later, I received an email saying that the technician will not come and that I have to reschedule the appointment. I do not know German and it was already outside of the business hours of the english customer care. With the help of a German-speaking friend, I contacted the German customer care and got him to schedule an appointment for the 6th August form 8:00 AM to 12:00 noon. However, I have not received any official confirmation about the appointment from O2. I waited the entire day yesterday and I still do not know if I will get my internet connection. It is a very frustrating experience. If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for your response. In my router, the DSL line keeps alternating between slow flashing and fast flashing. The internet LED is does not come on at all.
Ok, no DSL Signal. You have to wait for the technician.
