Hello team o2,

My 5G Internet is not activated yet even after the payments due have been made!

Please assist.

How do you want to know that the money has been allocated to your customer account?

Good when you could already pay, does this show when you log in for contract in your customer account? In case you are not yet registered, you can here register your contract.

Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for the unlocking after we received the transfer.

Am I correct in assuming, that you have a contract for a Homespot router? Have you tried to restart your router?
