21 days to get connected !!??

Hello, I wanted to become a new O2 client - wanted to order and buy the cable-connection tariff “O2 my home L Flex”  for my apartment in Munchen, but the nearest date of  visit of  technician (to get connected) is 21-March!!! (21 days from today!!!) - it’s too late for me!  

Can I get connected earlier? (not later than 15-March)?

Otherwise I’ll have to connect to vodafone, which can do it in 4-5 days.

welcome to the community.

Great that you are interested in a DSL contract. I see you already got the right answer here from blablup. We just rent the lines and then have to wait for a free date. This usually takes up to 3 weeks.

    Go to Vodafone, it actually takes longer with o2 than directly with the line provider Vodafone.

    Thanks,  but did you mean that O2 rents cable lines from vodafone?  and that O2 doesn’t have its own cable lines in Munich?  (I am newbie and not aware)

    o2/Telefónica Deutschland does not operate any DSL or cable connections in Germany. These wholesale services are purchased from the local service provider.
