Hello o2 team,

Yesterday a salesman came to my flat and sold me a fibre optic internet package. He told me that the price was 29.99 per month for the first year and 44.99 for the second year upwards, so I signed the contract. But now I have seen that the package is actually more expensive because the price of the router was not included.

I would therefore like to cancel this contract. As this was a seller who came to my home, I have a 14-day right of return.

How do I go ahead and cancel this?

Fill in the revocation form and send it to the e-mail address given on the form.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve sent an email to

Will I get an answer back saying that its cancelled or do i assume everything is done?

You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. The revocation will then be processed manually. If you have filled out the form correctly and completely, it will certainly be processed correctly.

Ok I haven’t received an automatic msg yet. I will wait a day and see.
