02 DSL Contract Termination

Hi
sorry for English . I left Deutschland on 31st June and before that I have sent cancellation letter to Nürnberg address . I have not got confirmation of termination of contract .
my kuden nummer is ending with *7717

Hello @Div2019,
I had a look into this, it seems to me that my colleagues still need a registration certificate of your present place of residence.
Please be so kind and send this information to us.
I also informed our cancelation departement to have a look into the documents that you already sent us to check if these documents may be enough information to cancel the contract to an earlier date.

i have already posted de registration letter, company transfer letter to new location (Bangalore,India) along with cancellation letter .
please let me know email id to which i can send registration letter to ?

please note : my present place of residence Is my permanent address and it is in Bangalore, India and we won’t have registration letter issued like in Germany. I can provide rental contract only .
