I move to an apartment where DSL is already existing - Can I cancel my current contract?

A relocation is considered part of your personal life planning. Therefore, an extraordinary termination is only possible if we are unable to provide DSL service at your new address.

If the address check confirms that DSL is available, you have two options:

1. Move your DSL connection to your new address

You can transfer your existing DSL connection and place it on hold until the end of your contract.

Submit your relocation request online using the form. If the online form does not work, please get in touch with our customer support. 

You will continue to pay the basic monthly charge until your contract expires.

To end your contract at its regular end date, please submit a standard cancellation (also possible online).
Note: It doesn’t matter if the TAE socket at your new home is already occupied. What matters is whether a port is available at that address.

2. Cancel without requesting a move

You may send a cancellation without requesting a relocation. In this case, we will deactivate your connection at the old address to free the TAE socket for the next tenant.
However, all remaining monthly fees until the end of the contract will still be charged. This can be costly and instalment plans are unfortunately not possible.

3. Extraordinary termination due to lack of DSL availability

If you request a move and we are unable to provide DSL service at your new address, we will terminate the contract with immediate effect. In this case, we will charge three basic monthly fees in advance, as required by law.
