wifi not working

to add, none of the lights are blinking

What kind of “wifi box” do you use?

Does it work with LAN cable? Is this a new o2 DSL connection?

hi there, sorry i’m not very technical so uploading pictures if this gives you the info you need…

no, isn’t new; it’s been set up and working without issues for 4 years. I didnt log out or disconnect or anything, it just stopped working yesterday.

all lights are on, looking like there is internet…..but it my wifi box name isnt coming up to select to connection to; on my phone or laptop

Obviously, this an o2 Homebox 6441 and the Wi-Fi function is switched off. If you want to use it, switch it on by pressing the WLAN button. The button is right behind the WLAN LED.
