Wifi keeps cutting out


Every single day my internet keeps cutting out, sometimes for a few seconds other times for 5-10 minute, what is going on? At first it happend once a few weeks, then, every week and now its everyday

If the tips here have not helped, unfortunately the only option is to call the hotline to have an error message recorded. 
Please call the DSL fault hotline on 0800 525 1378
Mon - Fri 7am - 8pm
Sat. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

@gaby309 Can you please post screenshots from the Fritzbox Internet/DSL Informationen/DSL (incl. DTU error page) and Spektrum?

And only one TAE box in your appartement?

And is the power led flash?

I think you have DSL and not Wifi problems.

@gaby309 You have DTU errors sometimes on your line, so your SVDSL sync is lost.

Before you raise tomorrow a technical ticket, some last questions.

  • No powerline adapter use in your apartment?
  • power supply is alone in the socket?
  • TAE socket is old or new?

And never say at the hotline you lost the Wifi connection. Always say your router lost the DSL sync. Power led from the Fritzbox Flash than.
