Router Delivery Impossible

I received a notification that DHL attepted to deliver a Router but couldn’t find my name plate. What can I do now?

Hello @ppmdo and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If a delivery did not reach you it is in most cases best to contact our customer service. If the router was not able to being delivered it is possible that also a technician who might be necessary to activate the DSL connection will not be able to find the address.
