o2 DSL is not working, received a new router but nothing is working

Dear Team,

 

I am amazed how bad/worst customer service is at o2. 

 

I have called N. number of times to o2 Customer care but there was no proper response other than creating a meaningless tickets. I am fully disappointed with services, false promises and lies  

 

  1. Last week, I called o2 Customer care as Wi-Fi was not coming and they said that they would send a technician by next day. I couldn’t go to work and was expecting a technician. Well, neither the technician does show up nor I receive a call. I reached out to Customer care to check the status and they said that there was no ticket to send a technician. I was shocked to see how they treat the Customers. Which means they lied to Customers? Oh, man. This must be a serious issue? Are they doing the same thing to everyone? I wasted 5-6 hours. Can we take any action against them?
  2. Another meaningless ticket has been created. I have been informed that another technician would come to fix the issue. As usual, I didn’t go to work and was expecting a technician to come but none has showed up. Whole day I was calling and being redirected to right department, again and again(countless time) I wasted 5-6 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, They sent a new router to replace it. I replaced the router and was trying to connect but nothing is working as I expected. Is there something that I could do to fix the issue? Well, I called N. number of times and they raised a meaningless ticket but not status yet. Could you please help me on this?

 

Are you going to take any action against the person who lied to us? Are you going to compensate anything for losing my work timings(almost two times)?

Hello @Mahesh, welcome to our o2 community .-)

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your internet connection. In many cases our o2 My Service App can already resolve issues with the connection, in some cases contacting our technical landline team is the right choice. 

If you already were in touch with the technical departement and a trouble ticket has been opened, all necessary steps are being taken to have your internet connection working as soon as possible.

As of now I can just ask for some patience, please excuse any inconvenience.

I am sorry to hear there are issues with your internet connection. In many cases our o2 My Service App can already resolve issues with the connection, in some cases contacting our technical landline team is the right choice. 

If you already were in touch with the technical departement and a trouble ticket has been opened, all necessary steps are being taken to have your internet connection working as soon as possible.
