my new fritz box 7590 username and password is wrong but i am 100% sure its the correct on

U have done a „Umzugsauftag“? 

If you have done a „Umzugsauftrag“ an the lane should be switched, than call the Hotline.

I would like think you have been „Verschaltet“ switched wrong.

Are you using the Username with the @ sign?

is this a new installation? Or you change just from homebox to fritzbox?
