My new DSL connection is activated today, But still internet status showing that it it not connected yet.

@Abdullah AL Masum What is the status from the Power/DSL led. Flashing or on?

Led is Green but not flashing. It's like a stable Green light. 

@Abdullah AL Masum Ok. You have DSL but the technician can made but on the wrong configuration at the DSLAM. Can you try my tutorial?

You have your dsl user name and password? Send to you by email or post.

@Joe Doe Yes, i tried as you said, but still same problem. 
I have DSL username and password, i got it over email. 

Please check the internet status which is ‘’Not Connected’’. 

@Abdullah AL Masum On the main screen you have the point Assistant on the left.  Click and select the third point from the left.  Set up Internet access. Did you a profile named „o2“ in the setup process? What error message you get there?

And three other questions. 
1.) The Fritzbox menu is in English. Official only for geman Fritzbox with firmware 7.21. from where is the Fritzbox?

2.) If you start an Internet Browser and open a webpage like www.google.com did you get an Information page from the German Telekom?

3.) Any useful information under System/Events?

@Joe Doe My laptop is connected to mobile hotspot for sending reply. 

To read the options i translated the FritzBox page in English. Normally it is in German. 

When i open a Google page, it shows in German. 

The main error is, Though the DSL connection is activated, but Still internet is not connected. 

@Abdullah AL Masum Download at https://download.avm.de/fritzbox/fritzbox-7490/deutschland/fritz.os/ the 7.21 image and make an update with this.

After you can go to System/Region und Sprache and Switch to English.

I give only little chance that than the Internet setup with the profile o2 work.
After this we speak over how to raise a technical ticket at o2. Did you have an german speaken friend?

 Have you updated your Fritzbox to Firmware 7.21 and switch the internal system menu from the Fritzbox to English?

I just updated the router and after login, I changed the language to English. 

Now it's working well.
