I have a problem with my Fritz Box 6670 router after contacting O2 technical support. They said they would send me a router, but I never received it.

I've been without internet for three weeks now. I contacted customer support, and they told me they sent me a new router, but I still haven't received it and will be without internet until the New Year, which is very frustrating. After calling and explaining the problem, my router reboots under load, both via cable and Wi-Fi. It works for about 10-12 seconds, then the router reboots. The only thing I could find is that it loses sync with IPv4 and IPv6. I would like some advice on what might help me.

Buying a router from elsewhere would be the quickest solution.

I rent a router from O2, so I don't want to buy a router because they are supposed to send me a new one if it breaks.

Understood, but if you buy your own you can cancel the rental agreement. In the long run it is cheaper and you don't have to wait for a replacement. If you want to keep renting the router your only option now is to contact customer services and ask why you haven't yet been sent a replacement.
