I can not find my order status - Email verification


Hello,

I have ordered a landline and internet and my order is still being reviewed however I received an email stating that I need to verify my email address however there is no instructions on how to do so.

 

Additionally when clicking on the order status link provided in the email, I go to the forum page.

Could you please help

The link won't work because you don't have an active contract yet. Only after activation can you register the landline number and thereby confirm your email address. You will be informed about the further process until activation by email or letter.

Nice that you have decided on a DSL connection from o2.
Verification of the email address is only possible once the connection has been activated.
Please wait for this time, then you can register as a DSL customer with your customer data and also verify your email address.
