DSL Activation

Hi,

the internet technician visited me today and connected all the cables to make my O2 Home L 250 DSL activation. He told me everything was ok, and that I had to wait 20-30 minutes before configuring the (custom) router. I have been waiting almost 3 hours but the router internet light still blinks. I tried configuring with o2 service app and it says the problem is internet itself (no internet coming). I think it is not active yet. How can I speed up the activation?

In my previous apartment I had O2 Home Flex with the same custom router and it worked fine. So the router is not the problem here.

Sometimes it takes a while until the internet works properly. So if there is still no connection today please get in touch with our technical support. 

Otherwise you can try to repeat the troubleshooting with our My Service App. If anything is defective you will get a ticket ID and the direct line to our technical department.
