After DSL activation e-mail, I have no access to internet

Hi o2 team,
Today I received an email regarding the completion of my new DSL internet activation. As soon as I turned back home, I got inside my Flitz!Box 7430 series router and changed the ISP name, username and the password which were defined in the post which I received a couple of days ago. Even though I have a stable DSL light, I have no internet access. Could you give me a hand on how I can handle this issue?
