Activation of O2 without technician

Hello 

I ordered O2 DSL Router and received it. Activation date is mentioned 29.02.2024 but i tried to activate now but failed. I tried to call customer care but they told only technician can activate on 29th Feb. Do any possibility of activating fast as i am working from home.

If a technician appointment is necessary for activation, then early activation is unfortunately not possible.

In this case, all you can do is wait until February 29th.
