Deduction of €20 without consent by Mobile Business Engine Gmbh

I had been using standard O2 monthly plan for €29.9.Additional €20 was deducted towards Mobile Business Engine Gmbh services for the month of  March,2026. So neither I know about them nor I had used any of their services. And without my consent this was deducted and  would request for cancelation of the so called services and would request your help in recovering the debited amount.

    The contact details of this third party provider should be on your invoice. You should contact them directly.

    Also, for the future, set up a block on payments to third party service providers (Drittanbietersperre). You can do this in the app or the customer portal.
