Hello there,



If possible, I would really appreciate getting some help in English. Basically, I would like to upgrade my current o2 DSL All-in M subscription to the o2 DSL All-in L offer. I assumed I could do it online by myself from my account but this is apparently not possible; the offer is displayed but there is no way to select it (see screen-capture enclosed below). I have of course checked and this offer is available in my street. Who should I contact? Both chat and hotline do not want to speak in English; and my poor level in German does not allow me to ask the questions I want. My contract ends in December 2017 but there is no reason that o2 would prevent me to switch to a higher offer. Thanks.
