Wrong contract

I asked contract for only 2 numbers:
number final: 272 and final 273 with 6GB each.

then I received a contract with 1GB for 272 and 6GB for 273.

Is not possible to manage this horrible contract and fix it.

I just checked your contracts.

Altogether you have 3 mobile phone contracts: 2 "o2 Free S Boost Plus" with 6 GB each and 1 "o2 Blue All-In S" with o2 Free S 1 GB-option.

If you like, I can prolong your tariff "o2 Blue All-In S" to the tariff "o2 Free S Boost Plus Kombi" with 6 GB data volume for a monthly fee of 19,49 € for 24 months.

What do you think about my offer?

My request was 6GB for number final 272 and 6GB for number final 273, I won't pay any extra fee for my contract, if I have 3 mobile phone setup the contract in the way I request like:

number final 272 = o2 Free S Boost Plus (6GB)
number final 273 = o2 Free S Boost Plus (6GB)
number final 320 = o2 Blue All-In S (1GB)

And by the way the number final 320 was sale to me as a FREE number and I can see values discounted in mi billing and I don't agree with that.

I regret that there was a misunderstanding.

At the moment, you have the following contracts:

-272: o2 Blue All-In S Kombi (1 GB) with 19,99 € per month
-273: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month
-320: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month

On 13th November 2018, you also received a confirmation about -273 and -320 by e-mail.

Unfortunately, you passed already the withdrawal period of 14 days. Therefore, it is not possible anymore to change your number -320 to 1 GB.

I only have the above mentioned offer for you.

Before the change, your number -320 had a basic fee of 4,99 € in the tariff "o2 Blue Basic". Therefore, I cannot confirm that this tariff was for free.

I regret that I cannot offer any other alternative for you.

I never agreed with this deal.

Those contract should not be valid ONCE I NEVER HAVE AN AGREEMENT LIKE THAT.

I would like this contract to be repaired or cancelled ASAP

Now I have two numbers:

-273: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month
-320: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month

BUT I should have:

-273: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month
-272: o2 Free S Boost Plus (6 GB) with 14,99 € per month

please fix it because my old number is not working anymore and I need my old number working.
