transfer my O2 dsl contract to the new tenant

Hello,

I live in Berlin but do not speak German, sorry. I am leaving my apartment and I need to transfer my contract to the new tenant. Could you please let me know how to do this? Which documents to we need to sign and where/how can we send them to O2?

Will you then send a new modem to the new tenant or shall she use mine?

you could find the information her Umzug beauftragen just click on Umzugsauftrag that you have to login in your o2 account!

scroll  down you will find "Transfer information" an english help.

Klick on >Umziehen (red arrow on the pic) and fill oute the form.
