Dear O2 Team,
My DSL Kundennummer *DExxxxxxxx. My Current working contract in Germany will end at the end of March 2019, and I got a new contract in Vienna from 1st May 2019. Thus, I have to leave Germany at the end of April. My old working VISA was until the end of March 2019, and they extend my working VISA in Germany until the end of May 2019 since I need some time to transfer to Austria.
I will leave Germany at 30 April, so I'd like to terminate my DSL contract on the end of April. Could you please inform which documents I should submit to terminate my DSL contract.
I am also holding a O2 Mobile Free M 2018 contract (04.08.2018 - 03.08.2020) (Mobile Number: *01xxxxxxxx). Can I still keep this contract when I am living in Austria? I am not a Germany citizen, so I will terminate my German Bank accounts as well. I am afraid that O2 could not charge me properly when I am leaving Germany. Can I give O2 a Austrian Bank account? Of course, I will keep my bank account for some months after leaving Germany, so I could at least keep this O2 mobile contract working for some months since someone in Germany may still need to call me.
The most important issue is to terminate O2 DSL contract until 30 April 2019.
Thanks a lot for your support.

Thanks for your information. I clicked your given link. Shall I choose "Widerrufsbelehrungen
". I guess I just need to follow the information from this item "https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/67404/f7bc775abe5e455d55d871750ba03fdd/widerruf-dsl-download-data.pdf". Could you please be more precise for which part exactly concerning my case?

Sorry, I find a special form to cancel the O2 mobile phone contract for moving abroad by this link https://static2.o9.de/resource/blob/67636/9d3f15b4662fcad32f6c6e3bf0a7a390/contract-cancellation-moving-abroad-download-data.pdf. Unfortunately, I could not find the form for cancellation of O2 DSL. Could you please show a specific link to the form of cancelling O2 DSL? Thanks a lot.
You can use the same form for the landline DSL connection, it is just necessary that you provide the documents that we ask for :-)
Regards,
Lars

I got a problem with my termination of O2 DSL contract (DExxxxxxxx). At 10.06.19, I received the following email, which gave a bill of 50.08 Euros.
"Lieber O2 Kunde,

Actually, O2 has confirmed the termination of my contract at May, and also charged about 6 Euros for partial monthly rent.
I have called your English O2 hotline. Your colleague asked the DSL department. He explained me that DSL department has not received my "certificate of deregistration of my house address".
It is not my fault, since I have sent out "abmelden" by three different ways before: by email, by post and sending by fax from your O2 shop. I have attached you some proofs. About Fax, I went to local O2 shop and the shop assistant exactly help me to send it to O2.
I tried to talk to your colleague in DSL department, but my German is not good, and they cannot speak English. So, now, we don't find any solution, while your colleague in English hotline asked me to contact DSL department. Could you please help me to contact them to exactly solve this problem. I also attach you the "certificate of deregistration", please let them return me 50.08 Euros. Thanks a lot for your help.
Maybe you could give the certificate to your colleague.

Unfortunately I had to remove your pictures and your link because of your data. This is a public forum.
Please tell me how I could contact O2 DSL solve this problem?
Wait here for an o2-moderator. Perhaps she / he has a clue.
Hi @WDai ,
I can see that your cancellation arrived by the end of April, so I'd assume that your contract has been successfully terminated.
Bills always cover a billing period in the past, so I'd assume that the bill you received cover the remaining days of your contract along with maybe a final fee for cancelling in advance.
What does the actual bill say you're being charged for?
Best regards,
Jan.

I could not login anymore from the end of April. So, I don't know the actual reason to charge me 50.08 Euros, I just suddenly received a email from O2, which mentioned a bill for 50.08 Euros. Please check the email attached below. I called your English hotline, they said that they did not receive my certificate of "abmeldung". But actually I sent. I don't know why the 50.08 Euros should be charged.
