Hello,



I have requested that my telephone subscription be cancelled because I had to return to my home country for personal reasons, so I no longer need a German telephone line. I sent a letter to o2 explaining the reasons and asking them to cut my line from the beginning of October 2018. However, O2 continues to make direct debits for a line that I HAVE NO USE. However, I received an email from them indicating that my line would only be terminated as of October 2019. Is it possible to remedy this problem? I no longer wish to pay for a phone line that is not being used for me.
