Sign over to someone else

Dear O2 English community! Do you know how to sign over to someone who's the actual user of the number? I signed up for two contracts at the same time but I'm only using one of them. I've been holding them for two years and it got prolonged automatically since last November. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you! ☺️
