           I would like to ask you about my de-registration paper. I already sent you (Jessica) via private message since 22.05.2017. Until now, I have never gotten your response about my document. As you have sent me e-mail, you will continue the process to terminate my contract after I send you my de-registration paper. Could you please check if you receive it? Could you please inform me if you receive it ? ....please

apologies, I only now got to your thread.

I just checked, the documentation required to cancel your contract after it is up for termination on January 17, 2018 has been added to your data, so you are fine and as of January 2018 will no longer be under contract with us 😉

Hello,

    I just have one more question.

   When is the last of my bill to pay for my contract? if my contract is up for termination on January 17, 2018.

   Could you please inform me? because I also want to cancel my banking account which I use to pay O2 contract in  

   Germany as soon as possible!!!!

Hi @Podchanart‌,

the last bill should come around March 2018. I would recommend keeping the account until the end of March, just to make sure there won't be any issues 😉
