problem with the telecom techinician appointment

Hello everybody! I hope you can help me!  Today it was my appointment with the technician of Telekom at 17h30. He called me this morning, but the call was interrupted and I could not call him back. I did not understand what he wanted to tell me and he was not English speaking. anyway...he didn't show up at my apartment today at 5:30 pm and now I don't know what to do. How can I contact the technician? when I try to call the free hotline or the costumer service they speak german and I don't manage to speak with somebody.

Please help me! thanks a lot...
