O2 postpaid to O2 prepaid

Hello O2 community,

I have an O2 postpaid contract which is expiring in another 10 days. I have terminated my contract already. Now i would like to take the number from O2 postpaid to O2 prepaid.

I tried to release the number by calling hotline, but could not reach till end as i could not understand many options. Is there a way i can release my number online and move to O2 Prepaid ?

    Hi!

    Transferring your mobile phone number from o2 postpaid to o2 prepaid is not possible.
    If you want to keep your number, you must transfer it to another provider.
