O2 postPaid SIM card Roaming not working for me

Hello All,

I had an o2 postpaid SIM card and I traveled to Egypt but I cannot access the internet from my mobile any help?

Hello MondiaMedia,

you are a business customer, and I can not have a look at your data. For business customers o2 has an own customer service. Please contact your business customer service, so that they can deactivate the block of roaming services after you've identified yourself! ☺️
