O2 DSL don't work one month after activation

hello, I just activated my o2 network on 13.03. And one month later, which is 13.04, my network is not working untill now . So what is wrong with my o2 DSL? I didn't see any bill from o2 in my bank account trade details. Is it because of that? My Kundennummer is DE16547661 Thanks in advance.
