I am using o2 contract (0176xxxxx167) with Samsung S7 Gold 32Gb which i bought from Saturn in chemnitz city in 2016. As my contract will end on 31st May 2018. I have contacted o2 helpline number to end my contract after this date. But the executive informed me that, its not possible because I am requesting them late and it is already renewed for next 12 months till May 2019. And he told me that, i should have informed them before 3 months of last date. Unfortunately, I was not aware of this information. Otherwise, I would have made request before 3 months. Even while buying o2 contract, the salesperson didn’t inform me anything like this. As, i have already bought a new o2 contract last year i.e. 0176xxxxx504 for my official use. And I want to use only this number now. I am a student and paying monthly for 2 numbers is not possible for me. It will be really exceeding my budget. Please guide me how can i cancel it

yes, i have checked it. It is showing date of next year. As my german is not good. I couldn't understand lots of things on webpage. Please guide me what i can do in this case.




Write a termination letter for your old contract and send it to o2. Then the contract will end in May 2019.



Or you find a person who can use the contract, then you can transfer the contract to him/her.
