Hello, 



It's been a couple of days that I relocated and also contacted O2 regarding relocation services. everything went well, and Telekom technician came on Dec 14th, and connected the cables. the internet was working well since Monday (Dec 18) four days later, the I found out I cannot see DSL and internet lights on the modem green. in fact they are off. seems that there is not any signal on physical line!



Would you please help me to understarnd what could be the problem and how should I troubleshoot?

I signed a DSL contract on 9th of February, however after 2 months I do not have internet!  via hotline O2 does not support customers in English and I should always ask my colleagues to speak with them. Even after several conversations (more than 100 minutes waiting on phone ques) even no body ask excuse from me! Three different technicians came to check the problem. Now O2 ask me two wait 2 more weeks to some other person come and check the problem! I do not know why they do not provide a temporal solution for me ( like usb token) in the meantime. The ridicules part is they send me an invoice!

It would be great if at least some one here help me.

some times it is a littelbit difficulty to get a line in germany, that is cause by the history of the german phone network.
