No internet! Modem DSL flashing

Hello! Couple of days ago during the weekend my modem (6431) stopped connecting to the internet for no reason - The DSL light flashes endlessly until no end and no matter how many times I reboot the modem it doesn’t change a thing. I’ve tried calling over phone but my lacking German skills are a problem. ☹️ Is there a moderator or someone I could contact over here for English-speaking help?
