Dear o2,



I wasn't able to login here using my wife's customer credentials and setup new profile quickly. My problem is that It's the 3rd time that my internet connection breaks off abruptly. DSL light on homebox router is off.



First time when it happened a technician showed up to plug some sort of device directly to my router to reboot it. It solved the problem for 3 days. I did my usual portion of calls and inquiries and technicians not showing up. Finally someone did. This person tinkered with telekom box rather than my router and it worked like a charm for nearly 2 months. Since Wednesday I'm offline again. Symptoms are exactly the same – no DSL signal, light on router is off.



I've asked customer support for help. I've received an SMS message with a link that confirms opening new ticket for my case. I've scheduled yet another visit to fix my problem for today. Can anyone please help me to check whether this requested reached a technician? I've spent so many days out of my office to deal with this problem already that I simply can't afford to waste any more time.
