I lost my (vierstellige persönliche Kundenkennzahl)

Hello,


I don't have my paper contract now , and O2 asks me for (vierstellige persönliche Kundenkennzahl), how could I get it again? Is it mentioned in the monthly Rechnung I receive? Please send it to me by post

please notice I have 2 SIM cards, one main for mobile phone, and one for mobile data on IPad. PLease send me vierstellige persönliche Kundenkennzahl for both.

your vierstellige persönliche Kundenkennzahl (identification number) will be sent to you by letter, for both contracts :)
