I cancelled my O2 contract at the end of September when I moved to Canada for the handy number 0176 xxxxxxxx. I sent the Kündigung form, and paid the 3 months after this date as agreed in the termination of contract. However, I am now being charged monthly 14.99 Euro for a handy number I do not recognize and have never used (0176 xxxxxxxx). I have not signed a contract for this handy number, and never agreed to these charges. However, the bills are still being charged to the same Kundennummer 6xxxxxxxx3. I have tried contacting customer support via email, and have not received a reply. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible, and refund me the charges which were withdrawn from my account without my consent. My email address is xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx.

But I have an idea what it could be about:



What's mentioned in your invoice? Does it say that it is an o2 go or something? A data tariff?



Did you make that contract in an o2 Shop?



Please check your invoices if that number that you talked about was also displayed in older invoices.
